Done-For-You Service

Your salon, your branded app — live in 2-4 weeks

Launch your own branded mobile and web app with your logo, your colors, your domain, and your name on the App Store. Under the hood it's Sicus Booking — online booking, AI receptionist, SMS reminders, loyalty, and everything else — fully managed by our team. You get the premium "own-brand" feel without the engineering team.

Why a branded app instead of just using ours?

Your clients don't want to book "on SICUS." They want to book "at Bloom Nail & Beauty" — your brand, not ours. A branded app feels premium, reinforces client loyalty, lives on the home screen of their phone alongside Instagram and Apple Pay, and sends push notifications under your name. For high-end salons and mid-size chains, this is the difference between feeling like a local shop using software and feeling like a real brand.

Building a custom salon app from scratch is a 6-12 month project with an outside agency. And once it's built, you're on the hook for updates, iOS compliance, Android fragmentation, payment integration, SMS deliverability, security patches, and App Store review rejections. Most salon owners don't want that project.

Our white-label service gives you a branded app in 2-4 weeks at a fraction of the cost. You bring your brand. We bring the platform — same code that powers Sicus Booking, same AI, same bilingual support. When we ship improvements, your app gets them automatically.

What you get

A complete branded app experience — customer-facing and staff-facing — with all the features of Sicus Booking built in.

Custom brand identity

Your logo, colors, typography, splash screen, and app icon — every pixel reinforces your salon's brand. Clients never see the word "SICUS."

Your own domain

Clients book at bloomnails.app or book.yoursalon.com — not a SICUS subdomain. Custom domain is included and we handle DNS, SSL, and renewals.

Your name on the App Store

The iOS and Android listings go live under your salon's name with your screenshots, your description, and your support contact. We handle Apple & Google submission paperwork.

Full Sicus Booking platform

Online booking, AI receptionist, SMS reminders, tip tracking, loyalty, smart insights, and bilingual EN/VI support — the same platform we sell to every customer, now in your brand.

Automatic updates, zero effort

When we ship AI improvements, new features, or security patches to Sicus Booking, your app gets them automatically. You never pay for a "version 2.0" rebuild. No iOS compliance headaches on your end.

You own the client relationship

Your clients are your clients. You own the list, the booking history, the review data. If you ever leave, we give you a clean export in standard formats. No lock-in on your own data.

How it works — 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch

No 6-month agency project, no surprises, no rewrites.

1

Free Discovery Call

30-minute call to understand your salon, your brand, your launch timeline, and whether you need iOS, Android, web, or all three. You get a clear scope, a fixed quote, and an answer on whether white-label is the right fit — or whether you need a full Custom Salon Software build instead.

2

Brand Asset Kickoff (Week 1)

You send us your logo files, brand colors (hex codes), font preferences, and any existing photography. We provision your custom domain, set up SSL, and configure the app shell in your brand. You also fill out your salon intake form (services, staff, hours, pricing, policies) same as any Sicus Booking customer.

3

Staging Review (Week 2)

We hand you a live staging version of your app with your brand fully applied. You click through, test the booking flow, review copy, and request adjustments to colors, layouts, or wording. Two rounds of revisions are included; more are available if needed.

4

App Store Submission (Week 3)

We submit your app to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under your salon's developer account (or under SICUS's developer account if you don't want to set one up). This takes 3-7 business days for review. We handle rejection responses and resubmissions. You get daily status updates.

5

Launch & Ongoing Support (Week 4+)

App is live. We help you announce it to existing clients with a launch campaign template. From then on, you have direct Slack or email access to our team for questions, and we push feature updates to your app automatically. Monthly performance reports included — bookings, chat volume, AI savings.

Frequently Asked Questions

The app is licensed to you under your salon's brand for as long as you're a SICUS customer. You own the brand, the domain, the App Store listing, and your client data. SICUS owns the underlying platform code and handles all the engineering, updates, security, and app store paperwork. This is the same model Shopify uses — your store feels 100% yours, but the platform is managed. If you ever leave, you keep your client list and history; the app itself shuts down.

Standard white-label covers: logo, brand colors, typography, splash screen, app icon, domain name, App Store listing, welcome message, notification voice, and core service/pricing data. If you need deeper changes — new features, custom workflows, integration with other tools — that's a separate conversation under our Custom Salon Software service.

Typically 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to live. Week 1 is brand setup, week 2 is staging review, weeks 3-4 are App Store submission and Apple/Google review. Timeline depends on how quickly you can share brand assets and how fast Apple/Google review your listing (usually 3-7 business days).

You keep your client list, booking history, and brand assets. We provide a one-time export in standard formats (CSV for clients, JSON for bookings). The white-label app itself shuts down since it runs on our platform, but nothing you'd need to walk away with is locked up. We believe in no-lock-in contracts — if the product stops working for you, you should be able to leave clean.
